Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using HIPE.BIO, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use of HIPE.BIO.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us through the contact page if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of the text, images, links, audio, video references, product information, and other content you submit.

You grant HIPE.BIO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where temporary backups or legal obligations require limited retention.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to publish your content and that it does not violate another person's rights.

You may not use HIPE.BIO to:

• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, spam, or harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, quotas, or security protections.
• Interfere with the service or use automated traffic abusively.
• Sell or promote goods or services that are illegal where offered.

We may restrict or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or maintain the service.

Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; HIPE.BIO does not store complete payment card numbers.

Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage an active subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund prior charges outside any applicable statutory right.

The rules for cancellation, the 7-day right of withdrawal, and refunds are described in our Purchase and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Features associated with a paid plan or product may become unavailable after expiration, cancellation, chargeback, or failed payment.

HIPE.BIO may improve, replace, or reorganize plan features as the service, technology, security requirements, and user needs evolve. Material reductions to a paid plan will, where reasonably practicable, be communicated before the next renewal so that you can review the change or cancel. Changes do not limit rights already acquired or remedies required by applicable law.

Digital Shop items, including avatar frames, may receive technical, compatibility, accessibility, or visual updates, including a new design version. Such updates may change appearance or presentation but should preserve the item's essential purpose and do not authorize the arbitrary removal of a valid right to use the purchased item.

HIPE.BIO can display links and embedded media from third parties. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or transactions that occur outside HIPE.BIO.

We work to keep HIPE.BIO available and secure, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or changes to the product may cause temporary interruptions.

We may change or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the service. When a change materially affects a paid service, we will take reasonable steps to provide advance notice where practical and preserve applicable consumer rights.

You may stop using HIPE.BIO at any time and permanently delete your account from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security risks, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or conduct that harms the service or its users.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HIPE.BIO disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or security practices. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
